Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of when the customer receives their order. Items must be in brand new and unused condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on glass or any other products that were used and cleaned. Exchanges will be processed for any defective merchandise. To make a return or exchange, customers must email email@example.com to request an RMA (request merchandise authorization) to process the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
Every item you see on our site is shipped from our warehouse in Washington, DC. We handle and package items very carefully, especially glass to ensure there are no damages during transit. Orders shipping to most East Coast addresses will arrive within 1-2 business days. Midwest and West coast customers can expect their packages to arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping timeframes vary depending on location. Tracking confirmation is emailed for most orders at the time of shipping. If an item is on backorder or the shipping will be delayed, you'll be notified immediately and given the option to cancel or wait for the item to come back in stock.
